足を浮かせた状態で、第一関節のシワから指先までの長さを計測してください。
With your foot lifted, measure the length from the first knuckle to the tip of the toe.

足を浮かせた状態で、指の幅が一番広い箇所の長さを計測してください。
With your foot lifted, measure the length at the widest point of the toe.

地面に足をつけた状態で、地面から指の爪の先までの高さを計測してください。
