Maximizing the Qualities of Alpaca Wool
We use baby alpaca—the finest and softest fibers from alpacas living at 3,000–5,000 m altitude in the Andes.
Alpaca fleece, adapted to extreme environments with temperatures swinging from +20°C to −20°C
between day and night, has exceptional temperature-regulating abilities.
Its hollow fiber structure traps air to keep you warm while naturally releasing heat when it builds up.
Even when in constant motion on the mountains, it prevents overheating, maintaining a consistently comfortable warmth.
A Lightweight Knit with Durability
To create a thinner, more supple knit, we used finer alpaca fibers than those in the Highland Hoody.
The result is a softer, lighter, and smoother texture.
A carefully balanced blend of wool and nylon ensures durability while maintaining both lightness and softness.
